Terms of Service for FROST BUDDY

Order Acceptance and Processing

When you place an order at FROST BUDDY, please note that every purchase is subject to our final confirmation. Orders depend on product availability and verification of the order price.

We reserve the right to decline, restrict, void, or postpone any transaction due to factors such as pricing discrepancies, stock shortages, delays in payment verification, or suspected fraud.

Typically, processing your order takes between 1-3 business days. Once processed, estimated delivery ranges from 7 to 12 business days. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, you must submit your return request within 14 calendar days from when you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, all returned products must:

Remain unused
Be kept in their original condition
Be returned in the original packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item from FROST BUDDY.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Refunds will be issued back through your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour window, your order may already be in fulfillment, at which point cancellations can no longer be accepted.
